Hey guys little downtime not to many new games coming out recently that I have been able to get my hands on so thought I would just mention some good classics that could help you pass that time. So just gonna name the game and little description.
Mass Effect 1 & 2: A great game worth playing through again with 3 just around the corner. This science fiction shooter/rpg has great mechanics and is a great time sink. With each game lasting about 8 hours if you choose to not do the side quests.
Assassins Creed 2: The great stealth game is worth playing through the campaign again with brotherhood out as well that would do just as well to help pass some of those free hours.
Starcraft 2: This game has so many custom game options that even if you do not like laddering there is still the tower defense mods and tug of war games. With the new Blizzard custom maps such as Aiur Chef, Starjeweled, and Left 2 Die. These mods introduce fun addictive game play that don't involve a huge time commitment.
Final Fantasy XIII: This game has been out almost a year and though the reviews were not the best it is still a great game and good to go jump back in to that story. With it being very confusing the first time things might make more sense on round two.
Kingdom Hearts: This PS2 game came and stole a lot of hearts with the Disney Square Enix hybrid. The game play was fun story did not suck and with a couple optional bosses that can be quite difficult for a seasoned gamer.
Finally...
Gears of War 1 & 2: With it feeling like years since this game came out the third one is still coming. The story was very strong and solid 3rd person shooting mechanics. This was a fun game and worth another play through.
These are just a couple games worth another play if you have the time and are just holding out for some new games to appear. With Killzone 3 only two weeks away and Dragon Age 2 a week after that it can make these next couple weeks seem long. Hope this has helped if you are feeling a little gamer drought and don't forget about the Magicka Giveaway still got a couple days left.
Dude! loving the blog man.
